Area of Expertise
As a Reproduction Field Specialist with Accelerated Genetics, Humberto Rivera provides technical support for customers, company technicians, and managers on dairy cattle reproduction, synchronization programs and reproductive management. In this position, he also helps design, implement and monitor reproductive programs in large dairy operations. Rivera has presented at international reproductive seminars in China, Mexico and Argentina and has conducted technical reproductive training internationally. Humberto has a degree in Veterinary Medicine, and practiced in Columbia for nine years. He also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant under Dr. Paul Fricke, where he conducted research investigating methods for improving reproductive efficiency in dairy heifers.
