Dr. Jeffrey Stevenson specializes in bovine reproduction, with focused research interests on synchronizations of estrus and ovulation in dairy and beef cattle and early embryo survival. As a professor at Kansas State University, he teaches one undergraduate course, “Dairy-Poultry Scienceâ€, and one graduate course, entitled “Ovarian Physiologyâ€. Dr. Stevenson has served on the editorial boards of the Journal of Dairy Science, Journal of Animal Science and Animal Reproductive Science. Since June, 1992, he is a monthly contributing author for the Artificial Breeding column in Hoard's Dairyman. He is the author or coauthor of 123 peer-reviewed journal articles, 13 invited papers, 8 book chapters, 170 popular press articles, and 126 paper presentations at professional meetings.
